
So I need to lose 15 lbs. I have made chart after chart and have truthfully filled in the charts every Monday and Thursday when I weight myself. The problem is my weight is going no where because I have no one to answer to but myself. So I have decided to add a Skinnyr Chart to our blog in hopes that answering to everyone else but me will make me stop eating just 1 Oreo at 10pm before bed that turns into 2 or 3 Oreos and ,of course, a glass of milk. I have no problem with working out hard 4-6 times a week but not feeding my face is the problem. So I am holding myself accountable through you. I hope this works. Thanks Megan for the inspiration.
