There it is, all out in the open, no more hiding and no more being ashamed of my weight. My goal was to get to my wedding weight and I am still 5lbs from my goal but hope to get there soon. My favorite result of my weight loss is getting back to my 9 1/2 minute mile average. A year ago I was struggling to average a 15 minute mile. I enjoy running again and that makes everything I went through worth it.

Jamie - I have been talking to you through this whole experience but I gasped when I saw your after! You are so so sooooo beautiful! I just want to keep looking at your picture! What a bummer that I couldn't have taken some of you while you were in Texas! Awesome perseverance! You deserve to be as beautiful on the outside as you are on the inside!

Megan, I could not of done this without first seeing you do it and that gave me my strength. I have to admit I got a little teary eyed with your response. Validation that I actually did it, there are no words, just an overwhelming flow of emotions. Thanks again for everything.
