The Fruits of My Labor

I am pleased to announce that I can grow tomatoes. For some reason I can't grow anything else but tomatoes I can do. I have roma, cheroke purple, yellow pear and a big red one? (don't know the kind). Here is a picture of my latest harvest, if you will. I am very excited and have such a sense of accomplishment I never thought I would have. I love going to water and having a wonderful present of a ripe tomato to pick. Am I crazy? Maybe! But I am enjoying being a tomato farmer so much. Here is a picture of my first ever tomatoes. They were good to.

The tomatoes look yummy, I love to make bruschetta with fresh tomatoes.

I also wanted to let you know we just got some tickets to come out to Utah for the whole week of Thanksgiving. So we'll get to meet the brand new baby when we are there.

Yummy - we should trade skills since my tomatoes are the only thing not doing so well this season... I think you're right - they are being shaded too much by the corn.
