Chris and I celebrated our 7th anniversary yesterday and we both can't believe it has been 7 years. I guess it is a good thing we both feel like time has flown bye. I would hate to be married for 7 years and feel like it has been a long time. To me that means you have not truly enjoyed your marriage and life together. I think marriage is hard but when it feels effortless something must be right and going good.To celebrate Chris and I got dressed up and headed to Sandy to an amazing restaurant Tiburon.
When we made the reservation we let them know it was our anniversary not really thinking anything of it. They totally surprised both of us. They gave us the best seat in the house looking out onto a really gorgeous patio with beautiful trees in bloom and right next to a speaker where they were playing really good kinda romantic music. Like Ryan Adams, who by the way I am a little obsessed with, some great slow Foo Fighters and some Matt Nathanson. Those were the ones we could point out. They also had a red rose waiting for me at the table. I mean we had some top notch service and dinning. The food was amazing. It was the kind of restaurant where you are served courses. So much fun. For starters we had amazing crab cakes and for the main course I had the lamb, they served it with a blueberry reduction and I was in heaven. I still can not stop thinking about it. After our amazing dinner we came home put on our pj's and watch 24. What a great anniversary.
