1. Chris went to New York for "work" the end of May. He was able to attend a Yankees Game at the old ballpark, the new one is to be finished soon. Chris also headed down to the beach for some R&R. Like I said this was a "work" trip.

Catching Up The First Half of Summer
So after my last post about the father's and son's camp out so much has happened. So much indeed that I am just going to hit some highlights.
2. Chris had his annual company party at Lagoon the first of June. The kids always look forward to this little day trip every year. It was a blast and the weather was finally on the warm side.
3. Mom went to Houston and San Antonio with all of Chris' sisters for Shelly's 40th birthday. We all surprised her she had no idea we were coming from all over the country to visit her. Most live in Texas but we also come from Utah, Seattle, Ohio and Phoenix. It was a blast and I was in heaven with the high humidity and hot Texas weather. Texas is just fabulous and always fun.
4. Dane had golf camp from June 16-19. He had so much fun and wished it lasted longer. He was the youngest by 2 years and was in the top 3 skill wise out of 20 kids. He really is doing well and as long as he enjoys it we will keep him motivated and give him every opportunity that comes along.
5. Maggie had her last day of ballet for the summer on June 19th. Maggie still dresses up in her ballet gear a couple times a week and dances for us. She can't wait to start up again in August.
That catches us up to July, I really had to edit a bunch but it will do. I will blog about our 4th of July vacation very soon.

Go Dane, that's great he school'd all the older kids in golf.
Hey I'm always wondering about your race... I keep checking and checking
I did not end up running the Provo race this year, but I am running the Hobble Creek Half Marathon in August. So check back and we need to get together and do something!
yes lets. I'm so so so available except for a few extended family functions on weekends. I'm up for anything.. shopping, movie, dinner, jog, yoga, scrabble... sky's the limit. Bummer about your knee injury. I hope it lets you prevail.
