Runner's World "Smart Coach"

I have a subscription to Runner's World magazine and love it. The magazine is so very motivating and helps me to just get out there and start running. I have to admit I was a team sportster in high school and had no idea where to start with my training for a half marathon. The concept of training for a race was so overwhelming to me I have no experience and had no idea where to start. When I would stumble across a training program I would look at it like it was in a different language and would then give up. But I am so excited because I ran across(no pun intended) an article in this months issue that helped me to find "Smart Coach". This link is awesome. All you have to do is fill out some info like, your current race time, your distance training goal, how much your currently train(miles run a day/week), how hard you want to train, your long run day, when you want to start training and length of training schedule. It was really neat how once I got my training schedule it explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I am so motivated and have been on my training schedule for a week now and am totally loving it. More importantly understanding the program and succeeding. So check it out and get motivated yourselves.
