snow snow go away...and Don't come back!

I am sooo tired of the stinkin' snow. I have had to shovel almost everyday this week. We have about 3 foot piles of snow in our yard from all of my shoveling. Anyone else tired of the snow? I get so depressed after Christmas until the time when everything starts to thaw. I have to tell ya it has been really hard to get motivated to do anything when it is this cold and always grey outside. I am ready for 75 degrees and a month of no clouds. It is about time to start warming up again, I think. I am afraid the rest of Utah would disagree, because even in April it can snow and be freezing outside. I guess this rant started when I talked with my sister in law Shelly, who lives in Houston, yesterday. She bought herself a mini-cooper for christmas and was letting me know she had the top down and it was about 75 degrees that day, suck. I am so jealous I need to get out of here fast. Any uplifting thoughts or ideas to get me out of this horrible winter rut?
This is just the result of the last storm we got on wednesday night and thursday, yuck.

On a lighter note here is some fun pictures of the kids playing in the snow. Here is Cooper making his "cheese" face. Nice snot ball in the nose Cooper, yess.Maggie loves to play in the snow because she gets to wear her pink hat and matching pink boots. Dane likes to hide and go off on his own when playing in the snow. He is "too big to play with cooper and maggie", so he says. It drives me crazy. So here is a leg an arm and half a face. This picture is my favorite. It is a rare picture of Chris helping me shovel the snow. He says he does not shovel the snow because he knows how deep down I really enjoy shoveling snow. Whatever. Nice way to think you are getting out of it, Chris.

Finnish people invented saunas for the express purpose of making it through the winter. What better way to beat the winter blues than to go sit in a hot room, naked, until you can't bear it anymore? Seriously, I hate winter too, and that is the one thing that warms me up completely inside out.

The kids look so cute in the snow!
